Jared Jones Real Estate Team Newletter: October 2019

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️   CHECK THIS OUT:     ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A message from Jared:

As a disclaimer, I’m a dude (obviously) but I had the good fortune of interviewing one special lady  (my wife!) for the point of view of the article you are about  to read. According to moms, other infamous “big name” holidays (you know which ones we mean) are sometimes more headache than highlight. Moms bear the brunt of the pressure  – the presents, the out-of-town guests or travel, cooking, cleaning and especially, the expense! But Halloween—that’s a different story. More than two-thirds of Moms can enjoy Halloween and get involve in celebrating with their families. What we love best about Halloween is all the little things that families do every year. The stuff that’s unique to their family and not part of some big commercial idea about what the holiday should be like. Whether it’s just the basics – costume, trick or treat, candy eating – or a whole series of activities and special events. From roasting pumpkin seeds to making a scary straw man for the front porch, it is always something that kids can totally look forward to. Plus, Halloween festivities doesn’t have to be fancy, elaborate, or expensive but it’s all uniquely about family traditions and memories that kids will treasure their whole lives. So go on, string fake webs all over your porch, hang ghosts from the trees, cut out scary silhouettes, tape them in the windows, or create a cemetery in your front yard! Halloween’s the one time you can really go over the top with your kids. Halloween is that special holiday that even the most health-conscious moms can give in to their sweet ‘fangs’ without any guilt at all.

Giving Back Means the World to Us

Speaking of gifts… In last month’s letter, we updated you on our goal of raising $10,000 for Matthews Hope. This is where we need your help and how you can benefit at the same time… Charitable contributions are tax deductible to a point. Rather than give your money to the government, you should consider making a donation to a charity. We believe it will somehow come back to you – well beyond a simple tax deduction. A core value of our team is “the size of the hole you give back is directly proportionate to the size of the hole you receive back.” Either way, your referrals are in good hands and help us contribute to a good cause.

Life moves fast for some and we are eager to make the Home Selling and Buying experience a smooth & rewarding one. Over the last 7+ years of helping thousands of families sell their home and/or buy another, we have met some wonderful, loving, caring people. People like you!

Who do you know considering buying or selling a home you could refer to my real estate sales team? Not only will they benefit from our award-winning service, but we donate a substantial portion of our income on every home sale to Matthew’s Hope. I want to make it easy to refer your friends, neighbors, associates or family members considering making a move, so here are your options:

  1. You can pass along our business card to them, I have enclosed a couple here for that purpose.

  2. You can go to www. and enter their contact info on line or forward the link to who you know considering a move.

  3. Of course you can always call me direct as well at 407- 706-5000.
